We’re delighted to officially welcome Tia Porter to the Beyond team as a Marketing Assistant.
Tia first joined us for a short internship earlier this year – and made herself completely indispensable within about two weeks. From day one, she brought the kind of organisation, energy and initiative that makes everyone else feel like they should be doing more.
Now she’s here full-time, working across content, campaigns, internal ops, and all the slightly chaotic bits in between. She’s got a clear eye for brand voice, a genuine love for storytelling, and a calm, methodical approach to basically everything (which we need, badly).
She’s also smashing her multi-channel marketing apprenticeship alongside the day job – and finding time to teach us all a thing or two about email strategy, campaign analysis, and why it’s probably time we updated our own templates.

“I joined Beyond Co. in January 2025 on an internship and accepted a permanent position in March 2025. Even though I’m still quite new, it already feels like home – in the best way possible! From day one, I was welcomed into a fun, fast-paced and genuinely supportive environment where everyone is treated like family.
As a Marketing Assistant, no two days are the same, which I absolutely love. I’m a generalist at heart, so getting to explore a wide range of tasks – from content creation and campaign planning to social media and client support – really suits me. The variety keeps things exciting and helps me develop a well-rounded skill set.
One of the best parts of working at Beyond Co. is the team. Everyone brings something different to the table, and I learn something new every single day. It’s inspiring to be surrounded by such passionate, talented people who are always willing to share their knowledge and lend a helping hand.
To further build my expertise, I’m also studying towards a Multichannel Marketer apprenticeship. It’s been a fantastic opportunity to deepen my understanding of the industry while putting my learning into practice here at Beyond Co.
