Meet the team

Tia joined Beyond Co. in 2025 and instantly impressed with her eagerness to learn (and occasional ability to show the rest of us up). Now full-time, she works across content, campaigns, internal ops – and all the slightly chaotic bits in between. She’s currently completing a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship alongside the day job, bringing fresh thinking and proper organisation to everything she touches. With a background in customer service and a clear passion for marketing, she’s quickly become a core part of the team. You’ll usually find her listening to a podcast, tweaking a mood board, or one step ahead of what needs doing next.
